April, 2010, Qiandao Lake downtown lake Hunan road second bridge project began to construct in Hangzhou city of Zhejiang province. Because of the high-grade concrete, not only the 10-12cm concrete slump, but the over water construction, and the long time concrete transportation, so that the concrete pumping is very difficult. So as to ensure the project is completed successfully, the project finally elected our company’s HBTS90-20-180 double motor pump to complete the whole project’s concrete pumping work successfully.
Downtown lake Hunan road second bridge project is the key controlling engineering in this area. The upper bridge used five-span continuous rigid frame structure, the substructure used a diameter 2 meter Steel tube concrete pile foundation and double thin-wall piers. The project is 592 meters long, and the main bridge is 449 meters long, both sides’ wiring is 143 meters long. Qiandao Lake avenue , Xin’an east road, and Xin’an south road together compose a16km- long downtown lake great circle route.
